Simpurity Silver Alginate Dressings are made of natural fibers derived from seaweed through a series of special processes. Simpurity Silver Alginate Dressings can inhibit bacteria growing in the wound bed reducing risk of infection while maintaining a moist environment for wound healing. The dressing has a strong tensile strength, a high absorption capacity and is easy to remove from the wound bed.
